I was sent papers to doc sign. Was told that my settlement check was in the mail.I never received my check. Also the lawyers amount was twice as much as my settlement. Plus they took out for medical liens which was not told to me before I secured them for attornies. I phoned them many times without a pick up of my calls. I also received an obnoxious answer by email as to where my check might be.

So impressed with how they took care of everything and kept me informed !

We contacted McDonald Worley PC (Houston) after experiencing a death in the family. Ms. Adrienne Haney and Mr. Clark Martin handled our probate case. Ms. Haney was amazing to work with! She’s kind and very professional. She carefully explained the process of finalizing the estate and always responded to my calls/emails so quickly. Working with her felt as if a friend was handling this case for my family. All of our communication was over the phone and by email, which was convenient for me, since I didn’t have to visit their office (during the pandemic). I never thought this experience was going to feel as easy and run as smoothly as it did. I appreciate everything Ms. Haney did for us, and will contact McDonald Worley PC again in the future.

I am not sure what to believe about this firm! I can say that yes I am in the category where I would get the same repeated and worded letter supposed to be an update! And has anyone got even an answering service for the month of December? I haven’t gotten a response from email, or just phone going to answering machine! Wonder what is going on? I have been in a case with them since 2018 and still stuck in the same spot! Don’t know if I will ever get any money or what will become of my case. Then as of two months ago I am part of another case with them! All I want to say is “please settle the IVC filter cases already” Dang! I am correcting this review because as of today I have talked to Diana Tamayo is my contact person! She was pleasant and very informative about where I am with this IVC filter case!! So thank you Diana!

Mcdonald Worley is professional, patient and effective at getting my personal injury settlement. They responded to my emails with a quick response. We were referred by another Attorney Mary Alexander, which they are co counseling with. Thus far we are almost done with our case. They have kept us updated on what's going on since we started. One of there employees by the name Adrienne , has kept us informed on what's going on with our case she is very nice and professional on all aspects of what's going on with our case.
