I cannot express my appreciation enough for the assistance you provided for my father-in-law. You are providing a great service to these veterans who are in need of help and you provide the plan. The process was simple and the communication has been excellent. It was a very short turnaround on receiving the benefit as we were expecting 3-4 months and the process was completed in 2-3 weeks. Your knowledge of analysis of data and the forms to complete for priority consideration is the reason for this successful outcome. Thank you very much.

We could not have navigated the VA's forms and process without the help of Veteran's Care Advisors. VCA's help and their financial planning advice made the difference. It was definitely, definitely, definitely worth the small fee we paid. My 87 year old father-in-law is an air force veteran. In early 2021, he started declining rapidly. As a family, we started providing caregiving services and realized quickly that we needed more financial resources. Doctor's at the DeBakey VA Hospital provided information on VA benefits where we learned about the Aid & Assistance special monthly pension. Internet searches suggested that Dad qualified - but how to actually do it? That's where VCA came in. Several folks around Houston pointed us in their direction and we are glad they did. We were doing this for the first time. They have done this many times. They knew the process. They knew which forms were needed. The provided advice on completing the forms, as well as getting the needed signatures from the VA. In several cases, we provided the needed information and VCA completed the forms. Once the forms were ready, VCA filed them electronically. The filing was complete, and the only issue we ended up having in the submission were a couple of missing signatures. VCA helped us remedy the issue, and Dad was approved in about 2 months versus the many months it could have taken. On paper, the process is straightforward. In practice though, we could not have done this ourselves.

I was skeptical about using this service, believing that I was experienced and capable of filling out forms on line on my own. But was I ever wrong! Vanessa guided me patiently through this long and cumbersome process, and we had the best possible outcome: significant ongoing support for my mother, widow of a WWII veteran. We went right to work again with VCA to get my mother qualified for survivors benefits. It has been such a relief to have the financial help from the VA for my mother and the facility expenses. I am so glad I found Veteran Care Advisors! Trying to figure out what forms are needed to get my grandfather benefits was a nightmare. VCA was able to provide my family with all the forms needed and able to explain the process. Without them, it would of taken us much longer and would be very stressful.
