Mr.latimer and his assistant Nazareth was great. Nazareth was really organized and never forgot about me. Always returned my calls and checked on what I needed. Mr.Latimer got my medical bills reduced so low I got way more money than expected. Most lawyers are not good at that. He far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend!

Very nasty attitude! Had a phone conversation & as soon as she picked up I was discouraged! Please do not hire this lady to represent you. Has been disbarred this year 2024, that’s a clear sign to not hire her. If I would have saw that before calling I wouldn’t have wasted my time!

Highly Highly recommend. Everything was set up by them. Was called often to give me updates about case. I received three times the amount I thought I was going to receive. If you're looking for a good lawyer go with them.

This lady is very disrespectful. I will be unloading the video of her cursing in the court. She doesn't know the law and will misfile paperwork within the court system. Please run to a different attorney this is not the one for you.

She talks really well before you hire her…once you do she lies..terrible communicator…she strings you along and when she runs out of things to stay to keep you at bay SHE EXPLODES ON YOU!!! She is unprofessional..disrespectful and should not be licensed to practice law! She has had many complaints online but I urge everyone to go to the state bar!! She was recently reprimanded on 2/22/2024 but it won’t be the LAST!!!!

I was involved in a car accident back in 2020. The whole process is about 2.5 years. It did take some time for the claim to be settled but the results is what I believe I should be compensated for. Insurance company only offer so little in the beginning. With Max’s team’s assistance, I was getting the medical care I deserved and then proceed settlement negotiations. I am glad I choose Max as my lawyer. He’s patient, willing to listen to my perspective and is not afraid of going to court. I highly recommend this firm but be sure you understand the whole process is very time consuming. One small complaint is that I have moved serval times during the process, and my address was not updated even I called several times. Maybe because there might be staff transition on going. Be sure they have your correct information before settlement check is sent out.
