To make matters worse, my home, my brand new home, would need to be condemned as a result. In stepped Padau Law Firm. We were made an offer by a pipeline company to replace their pipeline on our property. Their representative relayed an offer and a copy of their contract. I contacted 3 different lawyers about looking out for our best interests and immediately decided Mr. Padua was right for us. He was very personable on the phone, very patient in explaining how things might or might not go, and very considerate in understanding our needs. Bottom line is he got the original offer increased by a factor of five! He also got the pipeline company to rewrite the original contract more to our benefit.
