Easy process that helped us put in a claim. We haven’t been fully completed with the process, and still awaiting to see if eligible. I will update after process has been completed.

I hired Ms. Chen for a complex rejection immigrant case of my mom’s greencard. The case had been closed without too much Information from Uscis. That’s when Ms, Chen took up our case and took an excellent approach while assuring us the confidence that it would get completed. She took the time to listen to us patiently and also communicated very often to make sure we were aware of every step. She answered all of our questions patiently. Finally we got our case approved while we doubted if it even be possible. Thank you for the awesome work.

Nadine assisted me during my immigration process. She prepared my NIW and I-485 in a timely manner. From the moment I had my initial consultation to the day I got my green card in the mail, she was there every step of the way... She is very knowledgeable of the different immigration processes and provided me with the correct advice. She helped prepared a strong case, gathered all documentation required, including the final memo, which was written superbly! I worked closely with Nadine on my H1B1 visa application. She's clearly extremely knowledgeable but also really proactive in her interactions with me. My visa case wasn't particularly complicated in the grand scheme of immigration related problems but for me, it was a huge deal because it introduced uncertainty in my life plans.
