There is a song that basically says- They whispered, conspired, they told their lies - God favored me. After major research, calls and meetings with other Law firms that resulted in an unwavering doubt in their ability to help me due to the chances of winning cases like mine are slim, a voice told me to try one more time. My husband and I called Kennard Law. Mr. Kennard took my case, fought for me in court and did the job the others said was too hard. The other part of the song says - My character, my integrity, my faith in God - he favors me. Thanks to Mr. Kennard I feel my integrity has been restored and my path with this firm was designed. If he can do it for me ...he can do it for you.

They said I had a good case and took a payment of $7500 based on some really great promises. Then when it was time to perform..No game plan, no communication, I had to do all the speaking during mediation passing me around from one attorney to another who has no idea about my case. I would steer clear of these guys. You've been warned. Follow-up 10/09/19: I am sincerely surprised that you are able to respond to this post since I have made at least 20 attempts to contact you between when I posted this review 5 months ago and when you responded to this post two weeks ago. I have spent my life’s work building my reputation and my career starting in the Marine Corps and I can assure you I would not sacrifice my integrity to make you look bad. I came to you when I was at one of the lowest points in my life, due to no fault of my own, and knew little to nothing about the legal system. I trusted you and instead of being accountable and helping me through this tough time you chose to question my integrity and make false claims of millions and hundreds of thousands of dollars which we both know is a blatant lie. This review is simply to give people some insight into how my case was handled so they can make an informed decision. No one should have to go through what I went through from, not only a company with discriminatory practices, but their own attorney.

Worst experience ever. I’ve been assigned 3 different attorneys and several other personnel that have left the firm since June. It is now December and they have JUST NOW filed EEOC charge. Unbelievably frustrating trying to speak with someone on the phone or by email. They should be embarrassed.

I was very pleased with my experience, after paying the hold fee which is a little pricey it was worth every penny. I feel very confident leaving this Law Firm. I love that we did receive calls to remind you about the appointment. And we got every minute of our time that we paid for. This Law Firm is amazing.

The best law firm in the world very professional and they helped change my life

The consultation was not worth $250 for one hour but the quality and professionalism made up for that.

They're expensive but the quality of advice is worth it. They also offer drinks and spend over an hour discussing a case with you. Very professional and worth the visit.

Usually I do not post about my experiences unless I am feel it’s warranted by being really good or very poor. Yesterday I spoke with Michelle at Kennard about my employment and labor law concerns and I must say I was very surprised at how pleasant and accommodating she was. No matter what I asked she had an objective answer and offered other very useful advice. Turns out I do not have a case but her unsolicited advice on other matters will help me improve those negotiations in the end. Kennard was a referral from a high school friend. You never know what to expect when calling an attorney these days. I left a message for another firm twice and I never heard back and that was a referral as well. As soon as I made my initial call to Kennard I received emails and text messages, at my request, directing me to summarize my concerns online so that a team member can better assist me when they call. That is pretty fancy tech, again impressed. Thanks Michelle!
