Malik was an amazing customer service representative! I was so impressed by his knowledge and ability to understand what I needed. He put in 2 claims quickly and sent the confirmation text immediately. He advised the steps to follow and the phone number if I had any problems, questions, or concerns. He was thorough and friendly. One of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had! I will happily refer LeagalEASE to all my friends and family in the future!
