This specific review is for the agent Brooklyn Hall. Brooklyn's readiness and knowledge while speaking with her about my matter was top notch. Unfortunately I was hitting constant roadblocks with prior agents this week before reaching Brooklyn which was a relief. She listened and truly understood the issues I was having accessing the plan website and what I was hoping to achieve. She was the only agent to offer a viable solution which was very helpful.
