I’d like to say thank you to Jose Rene Villareal ,Member Services Specialist for his help in assisting me with my claim and case. I spoke with a couple of the service specialist but wasn’t helpful enough until I spoke with Jose . He was very responsive ,accommodating and very professional in assisting me . He was very thorough in explaining and took his time in searching for the prompt resolution of my claim. Kudos to you Jose for a job well done!

I originally gave LegalEASE five stars when I first reviewed them upon contacting them after being served with divorce papers. Since then, in spite of them being told I had 21 days to respond to the divorce petition on day one, they have taken two weeks to find me an attorney. I was originally told it would take about three days. Now I must respond on my own without an attorney because no one can consult with me before the deadline. Furthermore, they only locate attorneys hours from where Ilive and from the county where my wife filed. LegalEASE's online attorney directory was down during much if not all of this period according to one of the representatives I spoke with and no one would send me a copy of their directory so I could choose an attorney in their network on my own. While all their representatives have been kind, ultimately a legal insurance company that can't find you an attorney in their network is about as useless as a health insurance plan that doesn't cover any doctor visits. They now get a big fat zero in my book. I am only giving them one star because Google requires at least one.
