Celia was extremely kind and personable. I'm sure she's heard every sob story imaginable and yet she made me feel that my story was the only story! It was such a pleasure to unpack my concerns without being made to feel like I was a burden to her. She assured me that she was fully involved and that should the need arise she would be available and more than happy to continue assisting me to a resolution. 5 stars aren't enough!

Excellent service and follow-up.
Connected me with a lawyer that solved my issue.
I wasn't able to pick up the phone, got a voicemail and a call back a few days later.
Thomas made sure my issue was resolved, and if I had needed any further services for my issue.
Would recommend using this service as it helps clear out what lawyers you might need and an idea of the costs that come with it.
