On my second attorney for a simple will started this 4-13-22 and neither one could reply back with what information they might need to set it up. May have to go back for a third.

Thus far positive experience. I used legalease for a local attorney to draft a living will and create a trust for my children. Length of process was a bit slow but that was on the attorney's end and had nothing to do with Legalease. I have found legalease to respond promptly to emails. I highly recommend.

I opened a case for estate trust and will documents to be prepared. After I am matched with an attorney after three months, no progress is made. I requested that the case needs to be complete at the end of three months and they took notes with no follow-up. I had an other case to start an S-corp and they wasted 45 minutes collecting information to let me know on a note that cam ein the mail that this service is out of their scope of work. I have not expected such unprofessional service. I will not opt in their service next year.

It is a rip-off don’t pay their premium it is a waste of money. When you ask for benefits they do anything not to pay, since they are not regulated you can’t even file a complaint with the insurance regulator. They collude with their network of lawyer to force you to pay directly to the lawyer in stead of covering you case.

Unlike the comments I've seen, LegalEase has been great when I call them to get questions answered regarding my benefits. Only problem is, those benefits aren't all that great... For standard processes, they've got you covered. However, anything even slightly out of the ordinary in which having legal fees covered would be of high value, they don't provide coverage, or worse, only reduce fees by 25%. And it sounds like the lawyers fees are just reduced, not Legalease covering that 25%, so you'd just be paying lawyers less? If that the case, that makes it worse and makes them not want to help you.

I wish I had thought to check the rating before doing business with legalEAse. I too had this plan through my employer and similarly had a extremely bad experience where I was in the process of a real estate transaction and reached out to them for an attorney. Several days later I called back, nothing had been done. In short it took them almost 3 weeks to assign an attorney. At that point because of the time sensitive nature I reached out to an out of network attorney. My plan document states that up to a certain amount I would be reimbursed. I have submitted the appropriate form 3 times to 2 separate people since this started back in April 2021 and as of today 7/27 I still have not been reimbursed. I am now in the process of sending these forms in a 4th time, Let see what happens this time. So yes, I too have serious questions whether LegalEASE is a legitimate business venture. I reiterate the previous review "If you choose to do business with LegalEASE, consider yourself warned."

I've been trying to prepare a very simple simple trust and have spent over 2 months waiting to complete it. I've called Legal EASE and they don't pick up. They are supposed to be open till 7:30pm all lines are busy. Still waiting to hear. Poor service in every category imaginable.

At this point, I have serious questions whether LegalEASE is a legitimate business venture. We have a plan with LegalEASE via our employer. After several attempts to secure a referral for a lawyer to assist with a routine real estate transaction, we were finally referred to counsel (only after I raised a complaint) in a different state than the state where the real estate is located. When we called LegalEASE to ask for a referral for a lawyer in the appropriate state, the representative apologized for the obvious mistake (because I specified the property location when I began the request) and promised a 24 hour turn around for a more suitable referral. Well, it’s past 24 hours, and still no referral. I began this process to for the referral nearly 2 weeks ago. Now I’m under needless pressure due to a quickly approaching closing date. If you choose to do business with LegalEASE, consider yourself warned.
