Hired Nick to prepare Wills for my Wife and I, as well as a living Trust for my daughter. Nick did a great job. We were entirely satisfied with his services, and his fees were reasonable. Also worth noting that he shares office space with a larger law firm, so he has access to resources that a one man operation might not. Would use Nick again.

I am happy to give my strongest recommendation to Mr. Souza. I hired him to help me draft a prenuptial agreement and what I thought was going to be a painful process turned out to be just fine! He clearly has integrity and you can tell when he plainly tells you what to expect and how the process works. I always felt that I had his complete attention when we spoke and whenever I emailed him, he emailed me back very quickly. I plan to hire him again to help me draft a will.

I engaged Mr. Souza to re-write my Will and accompanying estate planning documents. He was very efficient and knew all of the correct and important questions to ask. He was very focused on me as a client, and I had his undivided attention at all of our meetings. If I specified something in my Will that would not have played out the way I expected during probate, he was quick to catch those issues and offer alternative ways of dealing with them that would create the outcome I was looking for. He is young and just getting started, but I have to say that he is smart, alert and represented my interests effectively. I can now rest assured that if something happens to me, the Will that Mr. Souza prepared ensures that my wishes will be carried out to my expectations.
