I was a plaintiff on a shareholder opression case in Hidalgo County , we had pre trial motions at 8 30 am and got me late around 9 15. He got disqualified to represent me and the trial went ahead at 11 00am . I sat down in the court room and suddenly got in a discussion with the H Judge, stood up went back in the court room where I was sitting, asked me if we can talked outside, and told me I had to ways to get back in the court room and assure me I was going to land in jail for contempt or we can leave, suggesting me it was the choice. Got back to the, got his things into his truck and went back to Houston Tx. I tried to contact him several times by e mail and cel and there was always an excuse . Finally found out I could get a motion for a new trial, I wrote and took it to the court, he put one I believe the day after. I lost my patrimony, work on this case for almost three year and the cost was a nightmare. He is a very urofessional lawyer. I hope some one reads this and let know the proper authorities. Thank you
