On may way to work one morning, I was rear ended at high speed by an 18 wheeler. I suffered head, neck,and back injuries due to the truck driver's negligence. Proof of this was the fact that I agreed to a settlement that amounted in over 4 times what the defendant offered at mediation. It far exceeded my expectations. My family and I now have the financial security and satisfaction to know that we will be taken care of for the rest of my life.
