Have not been impressed at all cant seam to be able to get any information cant speak to my attorney im hurt broke and about to be homeless and cant work. If i could give them a zero i would at this point im at a total loss for words even the secritary hung up on me horrible service no care in the world if i dont recieve a call soon i will hire someone who will help me

The WORST DISABILITY LAWYER IN HOUSTON TX. MIXED MY FILE WITH SOMEONE ELSE. LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS JUST DUMB,COULDN'T EVEN GET MY APPEAL IN BY THE DUE DATE.MY DR. SENT OVER ALL MY RECORDS NOT TO MENTION IM STILL UNDER THE DR. CARE AND THIS DUMB LAW FIRM COULDN'T EVEN GIVE DISABILITY MY RECORDS FROM MY DR. I HAVE BEEN DENIED TWICE DEALING WITH THIS LAW FIRM SINCE 2017.THEY DON'T CALL YOU WHEN ITS TIME FOR YOUR HEARING TO GO OVER ANYTHING NOR DO THEY BOTHER TO CALL WHEN DISABILITY SEND OUT LETTERS TO YOU. I HAVE TO BE THE ONE TO CALL THE FIRM AND THE DUMMY AT THE FRONT DESK ALWAYS HAVE A ATTITUDE WHEN YOU QUESTION HER.SO WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID THEY ARE STRAIGHT TRASH.... I HAVE WAISTED THREE YEARS OF MY LIFE DEALING WITH THIS FIRM AND THE ONES THAT USED THIS FIRM AND GAVE GOOD REVIEWS I BELIEVE IT TO BE FALSE AND MISLEAD FOR BUSINESS... I'M NOT ABLE TO POST THIS REVIEW WITHOUT GIVING THEM A STAR WHICH THEY DO NOT DESERVE.

I had tried to get disability on my own and just couldn't do it . I contacted Mr Herren. Yes, it took awhile, that is to be expected. Legal system at work. I had a stroke in 2014 and although I tried to work, part time, I just couldn't do it. The hearing was in March of this year. I was very nervous but I am so glad to have Mr. Herren by my side. He told me what to expect and calmed my fears. I was approved and my life is going to be so much better. Thank you Mr. Herren and his assistant, Christina. Call him.

Mr. Herren has represented me for ten years now. He is the kind of lawyer who never gives up. I am now service connected. I injured my back in 1979 while in the Air Force. I kept getting denied. After finding Mr. Herren online, he reviewed my case. He always believed in it. He said I had a good one. He is not finished with my case by a long shot. He feels what I got was not good enough, so he is still going to bat for me. I recommend him to anyone who is needing a good injury and/or VA case. Mine was a VA case, which is very difficult to win. My mom had been jumping VA hoops for 9 years when she met Mr. Herren. That's a very long time. My dad was diagnosed with Agent Orange from being in the Vietnam war. My dad suffered massive PTSD and ended up with lung cancer. Then had colon cancer. Then he passed away. My mom was expecting widow's pay, which was denied. They asked her to provide paperwork, she did. She was denied again. My mom provided more paperwork, then was denied. I'm not sure how many times she did this because she did it for 9 years and continued to get denied. I encouraged her to keep up the fight the entire time. I know my dad would be angry at how they treated my mom. My dad would be angry that they continued to harass her about providing more documentation and more documentation over and over again only to force her to hire an attorney that would know how to fight them back. She couldn't do it alone. God knows she tried! Mr. Herren took over. He fought much harder than I expected! He fought so hard he won! Wow! I was in shock at first. It was certainly proven when my mom received back pay, including back pay for my dad's funeral and now monthly widow's pay. There are no words to describe what the government puts our soldiers and their families through. It's soothing to know we have people like Mr. Herren who will stand by our sides to help us with this fight. If anyone needs an attorney for support, research, and winning "The fight" Mr. Herren is the man to get the job done. Thank you Mr. Herren for your passion, diligence, time spent, money spent, family sacrifice, efforts, research done, everything you did to make this happen. I'm truly grateful!

Mr Herren is one of the nicest, most humble people I've ever met. Going to an attorney for an initial consultation can be daunting. But I was pleasantly suprised at the relaxed atmosphere provided. For such a busy attorney, Mr. Herren was willing to take the time to thoroughly explain the particulars of my situation, and inform me of what my next steps should be. Based on my conversation with him, I am considering filling for SSD benefits in the future. If I do. I will definitely use his services. Highly recommend!

Spoke with Christina today. I thought she was rude. Some of her questions didn't even make sense. Impatient with my sister and I. Will not call you back Christina. I think you should pick a profession, not dealing with people. No to this law firm for me. Good luck people!
