We had the most amazing experience with Gee and Zhang. Tania Glowinski was our attorney and she was absolutely brilliant. Tania was patient, knowledgeable and efficient through the whole process. She helped me obtain the very difficult EB1A green card. Her diligence and know how on how to put the case together was incredible. Covid halted the process at the Consulate but finally this week we received our green cards and will be moving 1 April 2022 to the USA. Attorney Jim Cypert did a remarkable job helping us renew a TN Visa after it unknowingly expired. My wife is working as a nurse in the US and after COVID hit, her long hours at work and inability to travel caused us to overlook the deadline to renew her visa status. Attorney Zhang went above and beyond for us in helping us with our green card. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew every single detail of the entire process and explained it to us very well. We definitely would not have gotten our green cards this soon (if not at all) and smoothly without his help. Because we weren't sure whether I was still qualified as a dependent under my mother's green card application, we consulted many immigration lawyers, and Attorney Zhang was the only one who reassured us with conviction that the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) applied in our case. Overall, Attorney Zhang was extremely patient in answering all our questions and helped us tremendously at every single step throughout the process. He always responded immediately to our inquiries even on weekends and public holidays. Most of all, he made sure that our application presented a strong case for why I qualified for the CSPA and helped me get my green card eventually (despite the fact that many other lawyers we consulted were doubtful that I was able to qualify). I am extremely happy with the results I received after hiring Mr. Dhiraj Suvarna at Gee & Zhang LLP. I had first taken my National Interest Waiver application to a different attorney who simply packaged all my achievements and submitted it with just an Index. I was shocked when I received a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID). At this point I needed to do something different and a colleague who had a successful NIW done my Dhiraj at Gee & Zhang recommended me to at least consult with Dhiraj. I am glad I did. Dhiraj visited with me personally even though it was when the pandemic just began in March 2020.
