If I could give more than 5 starts I would. I had a very difficult case. I arrived as a child and unfortunately a voluntary departure paper was signed on my behalf. Many lawyers told me I could not fix my status because of it unless the laws changed, but Mr. De Lara was able to open my case got the voluntary departure dismissed and I am now a permanent resident after 26 years of being in the USA. Beyond grateful for Mr. De Lara and his team! Highly recommend his services.

Extremely impressed with attorney De Lara, him and his team went above and beyond on helping me and my brother obtain Advance Parole to be able to travel outside the country. There were a few obstacles that he helped overcome to make the approval process happen. I’m incredibly grateful.

I assume this is some sort of scam. Slow responses, no way to upload documents securely which seems like a huge security risk. Never gave details for the consultation which then didn’t go ahead. Avoid: wasted 13 days of a 30 day appeal period with these people. I will be reporting them to the State Bar.

Rick and his staff are the best. Our family has been using Rick for different processes since about 2020. Before we hired them, we consulted other firms and a lot of them were rude and seemed annoyed at our questions. I’ve never felt that way with De Lara, even when I showed frustration on my side, they were patient and helped me further. Their prices are reasonable and they are honest people, thats about as good as it gets with immigration attorneys.
