Quiero expresar que me siento muy agradecida con el grupo legal Sebastian Simon. Su personal siempre fue muy cortés. Fueron muy profesionales, siempre disponibles para responder a todas mis preguntas. Existió una corresponsabilidad de parte y parte que llevo a resultados muy positivo la obtención de mi estatus legal de inmigración. Quiero recomendarles con los ojos cerrados a este equipo legal, ustedes estarán en buenas manos.

En primer lugar, si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría. No recomiendo que nadie contrate a Sebastian. Él perdio mi tiempo y dinero. Nada absolutamente nada se hizo en mi caso. Las cartas que él recibia de inmigración nunca se me mencionaron. Siempre tendría que contactarlos para q pudiera recibir la información. Immigración me contactó diciéndome que mi solicitud había expirado. Me dijeron que tenia que presentar todo de nuevo. Eso significaba pagar por la tarifa de nuevo. Sebastián no me avisó de cualquier cosa. Contracte a un nuevo abogado. Sebastián no esta dispuesto darle a mi nuevo abogado la información que necesita. Mi esposo lo llamó hoy y sigue dando excusas tras excusas para no darnos nuestra información. Ahora dice que no nos conoce. Yo puedo enviar fotos de tu firma! Es triste como la gente decide perder tu tiempo y dinero. El no mantiene las cosas profesionales. Sebastián no es elabogado que desea manejar su caso.

First of all if I could give Sebastian 0 stars I would. I do not recommend for anyone to hire Sebastian. He waisted my time and money. Nothing absolutely nothing was done to my case. The letters he would receive from immigration were never brought up to me. I would always have to contact them for the information. Second Immigration contacted me telling me that my application had expired. I was told I had to submit everything again. That meant paying for the fee again. Sebastian did not notify me of anything. At this point I got a new layer. Sebastian is not willing to give my new lawyer the information we need. My husband called him today and he keeps giving excuses after excuses to not give us our information. Now he is saying he Dosent know us. I can send pictures of your signature! It’s sad how people decide to waist your time and money. He does not keep things professional. Sebastian is not the layer you want to handle your case.

She was always understanding on every situation that came up. And even though we had not won the battle we still got support in ever aspect. I was literally surprised how she would always ask how our family was doing. And she always knew things about our feelings and helped us so much. She had a lot of hurdles to climb and I'm sure even she didn't know how complicated our case would be but she stuck with us all the way to the end. Couldn't have done a lot without her. She was always professional when needed. But she'd laugh and enjoy the milestones we were actually making and always kept us informed. Will be using her again if we ever need another lawyer. We appreciate everything she did.

I don’t know to begin this review because there are a lot of positive things to say about Sebastian Simon law group. Before finding this firm I went from lawyer to lawyer giving me no hope. Most of the lawyers I contacted had a good reputation, just as good as this firm. I strongly believe what made the difference is how I was treated at Sebastian Simon law group. Vividly remember how he sat down and carefully listened to my immigration situation. After he listened I asked “ do you believe I have an opportunity to legalize my status ? Please let me know and don’t waste my time “ to which he replied “ I am not going to risk my reputation and lied to you, let me see what’s in your FOIA and if there is a case then there is a way”. He found a way and happily after 3 years I’m a very happy resident. One factor that made trust was that he only does immigration. NOT any other kind of law, only immigration and to me that was very important. His staff was always courteous. In the span of 3+ years my case was handled by different assistants and all of them were very professional. Always concerned, always pushing me to be proactive about providing them the documents needed so they could push for my case. This firm will push you and push for you. I have to mention Eddy in special. He was always involved in my case, courteous, occupied and preoccupied with my case. I can tell that he genuinely got very happy when I became a resident. Thank you Sebastian law firm for helping me where others fail. I know for a fact that if I would have done by myself I would have failed. I would definitely recommend Sebastian Simon law group as your attorney. My case was very complicated, but they made the whole process to look easy. I obtained my 10 year green card thanks to Mr. Sebastian and Mr. Eddy. They were very professional, always available to answer on all my questions and i felt like i have friends who truly care for me and my case. Mr. Eddy was even proactive to make some good decisions during the process that helped me getting my green card earlier. I know that immigration processes are stressful and complicated, but with this team you are in good hands and your chances to get positive results are much higher with Mr. Sebastian, Mr. Eddy and this great team.
