Excellent service very responsive thank you

In May of 2022 i was involved in a pretty bad wreck that was not my fault. I immediately contacted The Law Office of Keyarria Amey for representation. The entire process was smooth. She answered my calls and responded to every email in a professional manner. The insurance company only wanted to offer 18k but Keyarria fought for me and got me 6 figures in my settlement.. I highly recommend this Law Firm to anyone that’s been in a wreck.

A couple of years ago, I started considering applying for NIW. I learned about Attorney Zac (Zongkun) Liu and his team on a student forum, so I emailed Attorney Liu to inquire. After understanding my situation, Attorney Liu agreed to take my case and arranged for Kellie to assist me throughout the entire application process. Kellie was very professional, responsible, and patiently guided me through each step. After submitting the application for the first time, I received an RFE. Attorney Liu called me to analyze the overall situation and encouraged me not to lose heart, explaining that there was still a good chance with additional materials or a resubmission. Unfortunately, my application was rejected by USCIS that time. Kellie helped me revise my strategy, found new recommenders, and reorganized the application materials. After resubmitting, I received approval for my NIW a few months later! I am very grateful to Attorney Liu, Kellie, and the other colleagues at the law firm. Highly recommended! 前两年开始考虑申请NIW，在留学生论坛上了解到了刘宗坤律师和他的团队，于是给刘律师发了邮件询问。刘律师了解了我的情况，觉得接单并安排了Kellie来帮助我的整个申请流程。Kellie非常专业并认真负责，并耐心指导我每一步应该做什么。第一次提交申请后，收到了RFE，刘律师专门给我打电话分析整体的情况，并告诉我不要灰心，补充材料或重新提交都有很大的希望。无奈那一次还是被USCIS拒绝了，没有通过申请。Kellie帮我重新制定了策略，找了新的推荐人并重新梳理了申请材料，第二次提交后过了几个月一次通过，获得了NIW的批准！非常感谢刘律师和Kellie以及律师的其他同事，强烈推荐！

Horrible communication. Bad service. They don't respond to phone calls. No customer service skills , Nobody cares. They don't respond to the phone or emails. Just a bunch of loosers running this place and taking money for that.

If I can give this embassy 0 star, I would. They have representatives that don't want to do their job and I really believe they do not know how to do their jobs. They do not know the laws and regulations, and work off assumptions. They need to shut this place down because the people that work their do not want to help anyone, extremely useless. I spoke to a lady by the name of Ragah, she seemed very agitated and couldn't understand what I was asking; she also couldn't provide any proper assistance. No electronic capabilities and for some reason they think people don't have jobs and just can make 3 and 4 hour drives to the embassy on any day, and on top of that, they are open only from 9:30 to 1:30 which makes it extremely difficult to get in touch with them. They need to hire professionals and not people that think they are something when they are nothing.

I did my NIW case at LPY law group in 2023 and it got approved, I am glad that I made the right choice from the start. The experience was great and their professionalism was expressive.
