No surprise when dealing with Egyptian government employees. They never answer the phone. Literally 2 people work there god knows doing what. Dude is rude when responding to questions trying to understand certain procedures. They don't provide full instructions online. Just careless work, no hospitality and no patience. Puts a bad image on people trying to go to Egypt but more so on Egyptian citizens who thought they might have support outside the country.

The staff has been excellent, courteous and profesional in all aspects helping us navigate a unique situation. Ms. Sebeyran in particular has been very helpful. Thank you!

I want to Thank Jamie and her team for all of their hardwork, dedication, and compassion they gave me in my time of need after being in a hit from behind accident. Jamie is so sweet and always takes the time to help answer any questions making the process much easier to handle. I enjoyed talking to Omar as well. He worked with my schedule to make sure I got all my proper medical care I needed and was pleasant everytime we communicated. Also they helped my father when he had his accident too.
