بعض موظفين القنصلية يستغلو منصبهم و يطلبو طلبات شخصية من العملاء او المراجعين عبارة عن فلوس عن طريق الايميل، حصلت معي شخصيا و الموظف قال لي بيدفع لي بعدين و عم يتحجج انه بالمستشفى، طيب انا كيف بدي اصدقك إنك رح تدفعلي و انا اصلا ما بعرفك ولا شفتك ولا بعرف وين ساكن ولا بعرف اي شي عنك و كل تعاملي مع القنصلية كان عن بعد عن طريق الايميل، الاخوة المراجعين إنتبهوا كويس

مافي ولا احد اتصل علي ولا بعتلي ايميل و قال لي الفيزا تبعك مقبولة او مرفوضة بعد انتظار ثلاث اشهر اعتقد مافي احد مهتم بقسم التاشيرات.

The worst service ever. They never answer the phone. We had an appointment and the left us in the lobby of the building for about an hour.
