Actually what happened with me was totally surprise, , I called them and nobody answer, this was after 2 pm but they called me back after one hour (I did not leave any information about me) asking me if I need any assistance!! this was awesome!!! Thank you Ms. Samia kahlil

يعني انا مش فاهم حضرتكم تشتغلوا ٤ ساعات في اليوم ليه تشتغلوا زي بقيه مخاليق ربنا من ٧ من ٨ لحد ٥ علشان الناس تعرف تخلص حاجتها انا ساكت في تينيسي ١٠ ساعات سواقه و مش بتردوا علي الزفت التليفون، حطين امه ليه عياقه بعدين كل مره تزودوا و تغيروا في process ليه لييييييييييييه🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

They almost never answer the phone. The machine for visa never works for months. You call, no answer and when you drive there( i live in Dallas) they tell you the machine does not work, you should call first.... What a joke. I had already book my flight and everthing and could not get a visa. And look...i paid for the visa fees because they said the machine will be fixed in the following days...but never happened. When i was there, i saw about 10 people in the same situation.And the people at the embassy says it is not a problem you can travel without the Egyptian visa ...what????? What a waste. Just because of that, i got a bad impression of Egypt and their service.

This is probably the worst service and process to get a passport in the world... they don’t know what they are doing, they make it so hard as usual , you have to send them everything ready to be returned to you because they are so lazy to even write your address on the return envelope, they don’t accept money paid online like all new world technology applied in all good embassies, they respond after a month of calls and left messages.... they don’t follow the instructions they put on their own website and they have excuses for their delays.

Leroy Scott was fast, efficient, honest and great to work with. I thought there was nothing I can do against my car insurance company but after speaking with Mr. Scott he quickly insured me that there was something that could be done. Not only did he get the case solved, he got it done fast and in my favor! I Highly recommend him for anyone in a dispute with your car insurance company! Thanks again!
