لم أتخيل كم التعاون و المساعده التى وجدتها من رجال القنصليه المصريه و على الأخص الأستاذ محمد صفوت و سرعه إنهاء المعامله و بصراحه أنا كنت مجهز نفسى لبيروقراطية مصريه من اللى قلبك يحبها لكن كانت التجربه مختلفه تماما يا ريت كل الناس زيكم غيرتم الصوره اللى أنا كنت واخدها عن المعاملات القنصليه تماما ربنا يكرمكم و يحافظ عليكم و على مصر

My experience with this law office was horrible. The attorney was never available and her assistant did most of the communicating. The communication of the assistant was misleading and lacked knowledge of the case. Once the attorney was available when speaking with her she was very combative and spoke as if she was not speaking with a client but a friend. She seemed to not be invested in the case. Example of one of our conversations: Attorney after telling me the max amount I could receive stated “Oh wait, you did get hit by a company vehicle “. My other concerns were that not only did the attorney advise me not to seek outside medical help she also made decisions on my case without consulting with me although I asked to be updated about any decisions made on the case. It was only after the attorney /client relationship was terminated that I was advised by another attorney that suit was not filed against all parties liable for the accident.

معامله مختلفه بصراحه

لم اندم قط على رحلتى الى السفاره (حوالي تسعة ساعات قيادة من دالاس الى هيوستن) لعمل توكيل بنكى بصيغة خاصة لأغراض خاصة . من دواعي سرورى مقابلة السيد / محمد صفوت ألذى أعاد صياغة التوكيل باحترافية فوق العادة حيث تعامل مع الجانب القانوني والبنكي بحرفية عاليه كما انه لم يبدى اى اعتراض على بعض الإضافات أو الحذف المتكررة ، بل فى كل مرة كنت ارى ابتسامة عريضة على وجهه. هذا بالاضافه إلى اللباقة فى الحوار ورقى التعامل اقول بصدق انه خير واجهه تمثيلا لمصر

ا. محمد صفوت و ا. عزام مثال للاحترافية و الذوق اتمنى لو كل العاملين في الحكومة على هذا المستوى المتميز.

I certainly wanted to avoid a trip to the consulate, but I have zero regrets going there. Got a power of attorney done the same day in a smooth process. I was given enough attention and care just as anyone else had. Mr Safwat made sure that every single request is fulfilled with excellence.
