Good business but in some areas lack

Que bueno para otros haya sido buena experiencia para mi esposo y para mi no fue buena se tardaron un ano en resolver el caso de mi esposo solo para decir que no le toca nada que solo en gastos medicos se va todo se quedaron con todo el dinero muy decepcionada y los abogados te ponen nisiquiera te llaman o poner al dia el caso solo hasta al cerrar te llaman muy mala experiencia yo no lo recomiendo

My names Betty Bowens-Rodgers and I am a Prayer. My original attorney was Robin Mitchell who passed away from pancreatic cancer. Our cases, as it was 3 of us from a major accident in 6/14/14, were sold to Bronston Legal. I took time to read all the reviews those persons posted for Bronston Legal. I must say those persons must be INIBREATED OR PAID. Bronston LEGAL WAS THE WORST REPRESENTATION as we had no meeting with Mr.Bronston, we were shuffled through 4 attorneys, we were supposed to get RaShaun Phipps and got Kenny Perez who had never pled a case. After 5 years and 1 month, Kenny Perez sent to face an attorney from 1 of the most rebound law firms in Houston, Carl Drews from Cooper-Jackson. We had an original contract from Robin Mitchell which was not honored. Bronston Legal took 40% of the overall settlement from court and that gave them 3 times the amount we received. Since the contract stated 40% of the original settlement, Bronston Legal was not due any of the interest mionies due us as the time of disbursement was EXTREME LATE DELAY in our checks. Bronston took 40% of that as well even though we had already settled with Bronston Legal and was told by them that all interest was due to us. BRONSTON LEGAL ROBBED THE DEAD MAN, THE WIDOW, AND US, ROBIN MITCHELL'S CLIENTS. If I could give Bronston Legal an infinite 0, I would. I DID NOT CHOOSE BRONSTON, THEY BOUGHT OUR CASE FROM THE ESTATE OF THE ATTORNEY THAT PASSED AWAY! AND THEY RECEIVED SUBSTANTIALLY MORE IN THE SETTLEMENT THEN WE AS THE INJURED CLAIMANTS DID.

Worst law firm there is. They kept referring my case and I eventually got like 20%.

They are down to earth people that really care about their clients and their best interest

My wife recently had a case with this firm. I was really upset that she came home crying because she said she felt used and that the firm took all her money. She was promised a specific amount when she signed the paper release but was given hardly nothing when she went to get her check. She asked to speak with the attorney Bronston many time during her case and afterwards and he was always unavailable. It’s like he don’t exist. Will never use or recommend them to nobody.
