I cannot say enough great things about my law team here. Ray Panneton is my main counsel and I'll admit in the beginning, I was concerned about whether or not I could trust them to be truly FOR me or trying to wrack up a nice bill. I would recommend the team at Hendershot Cowart to anyone. I gave them a call when everyone locally had turned me down on a matter in which I had only a couple of days left to respond. Trey Hendershot set up a conference call with several members of the Hendershot team with me the following morning, within 12 hours from the time of this call they had a response put together and delivered. I’ve never dealt with any law firm that was this prompt and responsive to my request. David Augustus has great attention to detail and extremely knowledgeable. David has responded to me on numerous occasions after hours for legal advice in our matter and even answered his cell phone while on vacation out of the country to be sure that all of my concerns were taken care of in a timely manner. Our matter eventually led to us being the defendant in a suit in which David was able to have dismissed in a timely manner.
