What Attorneys office answers their phone at 7:45 am on a Monday Morning ? Troy Hendershot pc that’s who and we got started right away in a breach of contract case I got myself into thinking there were still honest people on our planet ! I Had the pleasure on Tuesday morning being contacted by my attorney Ashley who made me feel like I was having a conversation with one of my Girls or my sister ! She sent the company a demand letter for documents and with a message that we would be waiting for their response including a cancellation of the contract and nothing more , I was contacted on Friday the 19th of May , by our Ashley before 9:00 am with a congratulations, We won !! Thank Goodness for Hendershot Cowart P. C. Law firm. Don’t waste time calling other law firms to assist you with your franchise and business needs. I lost three valuable months calling law firms advertised as the best in their field. Only to discover that they either knew very little about franchising. Or to be strung along and told they were too busy to take my case. I knew from my first phone call to Hendershot Cowart P. C. that they cared about my situation and have the expertise and skill set to handle my case. On my initial call. Laura took the time to listen to me. She made me feel welcome and not that I was an interruption in her day. She gave me an email address and instructed me which documents to send along with other necessary paperwork. Laura took the time to explain the process of how things work at their office and the timeframe things will take place. After I emailed my documents, Laura let me know Mr. Hendershot had received them. When it became apparent that Mr. Hendershots' out-of-town trial was going to be running longer. Ray Panneton has been excellent. He never makes me feel rushed or unimportant. Ray is highly knowledgeable about the law. When he says he is going to do something, he does it. BEWARE: We hired this law firm to help us with a dispute in Dec 2021. We provided them with a credit card to keep on file for all payments AND I requested that I be informed of any additional charges in advance. Everything was working fine, I paid and received services. I consistently asked my attorney for invoices to show how much we had paid and never received anything showing what we were being charged for or how much we paid. He assured me that we good with all payments plus I had the credit card on file and paid them immediately when he requested payment. I was a little curious when the attorney asked that a check in our name be mailed to his office. On April 5th the same day I was scheduled to pick up my check, I received invoices for December, January, February, and March, now stating I owed thousands of dollars. I couldn't believe that they withheld this information and all these invoices. When I called to express my concerns, they only stated the system sent them to me even though I kept telling them I didn't receive anything until April 5 and I showed emails that I had requested this information from the attorney on several occasions. To add insult to injury, they told us we could not pick up our check until we made the payment. Imagine getting all these invoices on the same day and then they demand we pay thousands of dollars on the day our check was to arrive, very suspicious.

Very pricey for a simple request.
