After hiring the weaver law firm and dealing with Matthew Williams from day one till the day he left the weaver law firm. I receive a phone call from Richard Weaver who I had never spoken to a day of my life prior to this day. On this call he stated he wanted me to keep my case with his law firm but after I told him I didn’t feel comfortable with him representing me after I had been dealing with Matthew for about a year and he knew my case more than anyone in the entire firm. Mr. Weaver then proceeded to belittle me and talk down to me, then told me I now owe him a balance which was made up by him after Matthew left the firm and he found out I hired Matthew at his new firm. Overall I would highly recommend any and everyone to stay away from this psychotic lawyer with a nice front because he’s a total disgrace to even be working in this industry with professionals unlike himself. Then to make threats towards me has me in total disbelief that he can act this way and get away with it. Texas State Bar needs to take this matter heavily and take this mans license away for good!

Richard is very knowledgeable and experienced and overall a nice guy! He provided guidance on an adverse possession case. He was very detailed and provided different options and helped me brainstorm ideas according to my budget. Highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with adverse possession.
