This was my first time getting an attorney and hopefully my last but Richard was very patient with me and took the time to explain things. All in all I ended up getting what I asked for in the suit. I highly recommend the Weaver Law Firm.

Richard Weaver is an excellent attorney; he listens, understands, and gives excellent feedback to let you know what he thinks should be accomplished. He has a very good grasp of what the problem is an a situation and is very comprehensive with his approach. I feel very fortunate that he was recommended to me and that I had the opportunity to speak with him.

I have had many great experiences using the Weaver Law Firm. I mainly deal with Richard Weaver, he is my go to guy for Real Estate issues, and litigation. I have known and worked with Mr. Weaver for over a decade. He is ethical, efficient, hard working and extremely intelligent. In every matter he provides me with free case updates. This is not the case with every law firm. I have very happy with Mr. Weaver skills as he and his firm aggressively pursue my cases and the results speaks for themselves. Mr. Weaver is an "out of the box" thinker, and comes up with creative ways to simply the complex litigation involving real estate, commercial real estate litigation, as well as general commercial litigation. Mr. Weaver has always provided me with a budget for my case, and at least half of the time has achieved the desired result under budget. He does not drag out cases, over bill client, nor create work that is not necessary for success in Court. I appreciate this kind of honesty and creativity in the practice of law, and, as I have previously said, Mr. Weaver is my go to guy for real estate litigation and business litigation. I highly recommend him, and I am personally glad so see that so many others have had similar, excellent experiences with him. I would expect nothing less.

I never leave reviews for anyone, but I had such a great experience with The Weaver Law Firm that I decided they deserve a great review. Richard was so attentive and knowledgeable about real estate and litigation from my first call with him. I immediately felt at ease to hire him to represent me. Previously, I struggled with another attorney that would not give me straight answers. I spent 18 months trying to navigate the legal system on my own. Mr. Weaver completely changed my view about attorneys. He was so personable and helped me understand my options concerning my property. He ended up resolving the issue with my title in just a couple of months without having to file a lawsuit. When I say Richard know his stuff, I mean he really knows his stuff. For once, I felt confident with my legal options. Richard is board certified in residential real estate so that gave me some added confidence in hiring him. I had little interaction with the other attorneys at The Weaver Law Firm, but the assistants were polite and professional. I would most definitely hire The Weaver Law Firm again.
