Richard is an outstanding attorney with an excellent knowledge of the law and legal procedures. He has helped my wife and I with real estate issues on several occasions in Fort bend County. He is tough, a fighter but also a really nice person.

When I recently needed representation in a contract law matter a friend referred me to The Weaver Law Firm. I was being sued by a former landlord. I called and was greeted by a professional and pleasant lady at the firm's office who had Richard Weaver call me right away. After we discussed my situation, he told he that he could help me, and immediately told me the cost, depending upon the approach I wanted to take. When I met with Mr Weaver, we talked and he told me that I was "in good hands". The lawsuit was settled quickly, without me participating in meetings and only a minimal amount of phone calls. Mr Weaver is quick to grasp details, confident in his abilities, straight forward with information and the cost for his services was exactly what he told me that I would pay.
