Mr. Hayes was Great. He guided me through the process of dealing with the police Dept. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that I understood everything. He was there any time I had a question or concern, thru email or phone. His response time was very quick. My firearms were seized by the police.. I did everything I could do to try to get it back and they would not return my. Called Texas Law shield and spoke with Chase. He was very helpfully and got my firearms returned to me. If it wasn’t for him I would not have gotten my firearms.
