Dont give them your CC number. They will NEVER Stop trying to bill you. They REFUSE TO ACCEPT cancellation. Fraudulenty trying to repeat bill my cancelled CC. Referring them to state attorney general.

***Use a CREDIT card if you feel the need to get involved with this, in my experience, incapable company. Call your CC company if you have billing issues and demand they STOP payments to uslawshield. Will add the details of my highly negative experience ASAP. I'm giving them one more chance via email to reply and then I'm posting. JoAnne/"customer service", please don't bother leaving a trite, useless comment about how sorry you are XYZ happened and to call you..SAVE IT. This is being dealt with via email. And I'm still waiting... 4/30 update-the administrative incompetence is astonishing, it just keeps going. I've been in contact w them over 15x due to their ridiculous ineptitude and have ZERO faith in this company, based on performance thus far. Full update with 100% screenshots to follow, if this ever ends. *Uslawshield, can you do even 1 thing you say you are going to do, besides charge my credit card? *Can you send 1 single member card with the CORRECT spelling of my name? it's gwyNNe! No M's. Come on, people. *Can a supervisor reply to my numerous emails? Can anyone do anything right administratively? I can't wait to cancel my membership and watch that drama unfold.

This company not only has terrible customer service but also appears to be a fraud. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel my subscription for almost 10 months, they continue to charge my card without my consent. I wonder if they will actually provide any coverage to a person in need or if they are just in the business of scamming people. Their unhelpful representatives and deliberate difficulty in canceling make me doubt their credibility. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

I had to reschedule my class cancelled. I spent 30 minutes listening to the experiences of the instructor. Prices are fairly reasonable
