I never write Google Reviews but I felt I had to here. I was looking at CCW insurance/doing research for a while and had a question about their local attorneys. Called them and they said they would have an attorney get back to me within 5 business days. I felt like that was a long time but I waited. Two weeks later still no call. Call back, same thing. It's been about a month and a half with no call back. If their attorneys can't return phone calls as promised, I do not trust they will in any situation with high priority. Choosing a different option.

Had so many questions but I forgot most of them. Laura Arenaza's FAQs knowledge reminded me and explained in depth any of my concerns. Excellent services. I have personal protection and now peace in mind knowing I'm legally protected.

Had no problems till time to renew,they said they tried calling couple of MONTHS before sending cancellation notice, what kinda people do ya that way, bankers and repo, guess I should have put dated alarm on phone,hate shopping for service

Signed up for U.S. & Texas LawShield back in July and by September I still hadn’t received my membership packet and pocket card, called them and they had sent it to the wrong address, almost 3 weeks later and I still hadn’t gotten it, sent them an email telling them I’m not paying my payment until I get my card and so they said again they sent one and I still haven’t received it.. emailed them today and they said they won’t send another one without my past due payment of $13.. garbage company

I’ve been with US shield for almost two years and have not any of the issues these other folks are having. The staff and attorneys are very good at their work. When I had questions they asked me for my d information and after it was confirmed that I was in good standing with, I was called immediately or placed on hold for an attorney.

Signed up recently and we are super excited to be apart of this company the USCCA doesn’t even compare to this company. It’s piece of mind to know that my family is completely covered and we will never run out of money time or resources!! If you were debating on signing up I really recommend it! They have never refused a case and have over 525,000 members!

Great company that takes care of you when you need them most. I love the 50 state coverage that I can add before I take my yearly trip. I know I don’t have to worry on who to call in the middle of the night, I got that piece of mind.
