I have tried and tried to cancel my membership with Texas law shield. I have emailed them several times and they will not cancel my membership and they keep harassing me. Also, you should watch some videos on YouTube about how their business practice really are once something happens. They have some awfully scary and negative reviews from what has happened to people.

I was not impressed with the presentation. I don't do business with a company that attempts to get business by bad-mouthing the competition. I happen to use the other company and I know, for a fact, that what their rep said is wrong. Very unprofessional.

For Pete's sake, don't be 1 day late on your monthly payment or you'll receive daily emails threatening to cancel you membership! If you live paycheck to paycheck as I do, sometimes you can't pay until payday which is every 2 weeks for me. Even though I've explained this to numerous reps, TxLawShield still hound you with daily email reminders. They also call you and threaten to cancel your account. I've been a member since 2016 and right off I started receiving threats of cancellation even though I never went longer that 12 days without payment. I called to inquire how long it takes to go without payment before your membership is canceled and a lady rep told me the payment has to be at least 30 days past due. Read the other reviews. This is just not recommended.

Lawshield is awesome. They helped me through my situation and court case and I won. I was able to have my initial charges dropped. Had I not had lawshield my situation would have been way worse. My attorney Doug N. Was very helpful and knowledgeable and I thank him very much for all his hard work and diligence throughout my case. If you own firearms I promise you’ll want lawshield in your pocket. Thanks again Doug N. and U.S. Lawshield.

Have been trying to get a card for several years. Customer service is very nice but the fact that they can't send a card has been a problem. I have been transferred to supervisors and still have never received a card. They keep telling me it's on it's way. Hopefully they resolve the issue.

I've been using them since 2019ish. If you have or carry a firearm it is a must have. Unbeatable protection.
