I have had several experiences with attorneys in other states with similar family law cases. I was amazed that she took my son’s case so close to Christmas after it was filed against him only a couple of days before. From everything I’ve been told that she has answered calls at 8 o’clock in the morning at 8 o’clock at night and he was told it she wanted to give him certain stipulations and then once he agreed to them she changed her mind. This attorney gave them a stern response. When my son said that he was going to have to go to court with only hours notice this attorney got the job done. I know that some people have bad things to say about attorneys because they do not have the unfortunate experiences that I have had with other really bad attorneys. When my son said that they were going to court that day I laughed because I drove eight hours stayed in a motel got up and went to court the next morning and because her attorney couldn’t be there they postpone mind so that I had to come back a month later and this happened several times. People have no idea what a bad attorney can do to destroy your life. This attorney is absolutely amazing.

Suzanne should not be practicing law. She was told from the start I had a difficult case. She lied to me, forgot things and did not listen to me. I cried hysterically in mediation and she would not listen. She encouraged me to sign a mediation agreement that was not in my best interest when her JOB was to protect me and my interest. When we left mediation she said "don't worry you're pretty and will get married again soon" I went home that night completely defeated and stood on my back porch with a gun and considered ending my life because what my lawyer encouraged me to sign was so completely devastating that I felt my life was over. I hate this woman with every fiber of my being. She has her "lawyer friends" make positive post for every negative post that is left. And yes Suzanne. Im just now leaving a review after 5 years because the counsel you gave me destroyed me and almost killed me. You need to do better. You are playing with people's lifes and I hope one day you are held accountable for all the devastation you have caused.

Edit: Everytime she gets a bad review she gets an attorney friend to leave a good review. What a joke. Suzanne Radcliffe was very unprofessional and childlike. Constantly degrading others, she had zero professionalism. Half the time she had no idea what was going on with the case and of course we lost. Trust me.... this is NOT an attorney you want to represent you. She will respond to this review with "I looked in my files and you've never been a client" LOL. She's a waste of money...... trust me..... Hire someone else.

The specifics of my case were not simple but you took the time to explain the process and answer my questions to ensure we were well prepared.

Spent $approx $10,000 and never got any further with My case! Horrible and waste of money. It was definitely Suzanne Schawab who handles the case. And who also kept asking for additional fees...never got one step further in our case. Attorney and paralegals are very knowledgeable and helpful. This attorney and her office know what they are doing and they stay on top of things. So many times I've had or seen attorneys that won't return calls and you feel like and afterthought, well this isn't them. They are always on top of things, they know what they are doing in and out of a court room and are easy to get in touch with. They always answered my questions and emails quickly, even on some weekends. All around A+ , I have actually already recommended Ms. Radcliffe to a couple of my friends that needed some help, and I will continue to recommend her to people.

He was assigned to my sons case for appeals. He failed at all levels from what we now know about how my sons criminal case went. He literally dropped the ball on the appeals case. My Son was screwed from the beginning in the unjust system. then handed over to the wolves by this lawyer. Now can't even get him to answer a call..SAD STATE

When I hired Suzanne for my child support modification, I was in a tough place. I had lost all assets and my ex's lawyer was very unscrupulous and unnecessarily adversarial. She was the third lawyer that I hired after two other lawyers were unable to prevent a very one-sided and unjust outcome to my detriment. She handled my case with poise and was undistracted by the underhanded tactics of opposing counsel, and her depth of knowledge and experience showed and led to a very favorable outcome for me. I highly recommend her. It was a tough decision to hire her because she wasn't the cheapest by any means, but I found her to be very much worth it! To boot, show showed sympathy to my plight and didn't "stick it to me" financially. Highly recommend!
