Communication is so poor with this firm, we had an issue with my wife’s case and it seems like all they do is brush it under the carpet and forget about it, even after letting a paralegal know that we wanted to get all our documents so we can go to another firm they still lack communication and professional. They have good reviews so maybe they just didn’t view our case with the same priority as their other cases. I do not recommend this firm.

Terrible customer service they do not return your calls they do not return your messages they lack communication from the assistants when you call the office they transfer you to a reception service and supposedly they take your call and messages but when they pass it to the office no one really answers a question Frustrating and stressful experience, I was sad without an update.
