Had a phone consultation and the lady didn't even bother to hear what I had to say.

Do not use this lady. I hired her twice first case was well over 7k. Then again i hired her and it was during covid-19. Gave her over 5k and we went to mediation and then she sends us a final bill of 1700.00 i told her my wife lost her job and she would have to wait a month to get my income tax return back. Then i get served for small claims court. She will get hers. There is a world wide pandemic going on and this is how she does her clients. I will never use this lady again. And would advise everyone else to spend there money on a better attorney. She is not that good anyways. She just drags things out is all she does.. find a better company.

Dessiray Cusic is an excellent attorney and she fights for her clients. Her strategic thought process sets her above most lawyers. She represented me when my ex-husband left the state without my knowledge or consent. I did not know where my daughter was for 2 years Essentially, I called it kidnapping. Dessiray fought hard for me to get my parental rights back. In 2005, I used her again to get temporary custody. I used her a third time when I was granted custody and my ex-husband received visitation. She is the BEST. I recommend her without reservation.

Worst Attorney I have ever delt with She gave me one price of 3800 then sent a bill for 8k which was before we even went to court. Make sure you look at what you sign with this one. Also during court she complain and rush everything because she needed to go to a birthday party. DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMEN
