Highly recommended attorney, Richard Presutti is down to earth and unlike most attorneys he is very fair with his fees!!! He is very upfront and honest, he did not gain more than I did on my injuries. Presutti is very knowledgable in his field of work and informed me fully on how the courts could go. My family has had a very pleasant experience. His staff was always professional and kept me up to date on my case, whenever I had a question or wanted to follow up they were always pleasant to deal with!!! My family would definitely choose him again as an attorney.
