I am a disabled military veteran, and this agency represents my homeowners association. Every time I go into compliance with what they are asking me to do, they change what they are asking me to do. Now they are requesting me to paint my house that was approved to be the color. It is 10 years ago. I am a single parent with 2 autistic children and cannot afford this and I don’t understand why I should paint my house again after 10 years when there is nothing wrong with the color other than they don’t like it. The paint is not chipped, this is an intimidation tactic. So much for protecting veterans.

Joanne at Badeaux & Associates made the whole experience of drafting a will as simple and stress free as can be. We were dreading the whole process but she has the experience to streamline the process and the knowledge to answer all of our questions in simplified enough terms for the lay person to understand. The draft she supplied for review (with definitions) was extremely useful. As an added bonus, she and all of her staff provide a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in which to conduct what can be uncomfortable and stressful business.

I was very impressed with the how quickly Mrs. Badeaux's office responded to my phone calls and set appointments. But more than that I appreciated her sweet manner that seemed to lighten up a heavy discussion when talking with me about my estate planning. I appreciated that she has worked or volunteered at hospice and has experience with end of life matters for pieces of the estate planning like the Living Will. Her financial knowledge of Banks and Investments was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Badeaux and Associates as I had an excellent experience with Mrs. Badeaux doing my Estate Planning..

Chris helped me with a tenant issue that dragged out for almost a year. His preparation (over preparation) for my first court date saved me from a 2nd court date. After my tenant’s attorney saw what we would be presenting at any future court proceedings they dropped their lawsuit against me.

Very rude. I explained I needed to dispute an error and I was treated poorly. Not only did they give me a hard time about looking into the error (eventually did after I found proof I paid my bill and did so half-assedly) but seemingly did not want me to gather the correct info from my HOAs. There was a 3rd party online vendor who misallocated the money to the wrong HOA. No apology for treating me like human garbage and threatened to charge me for corresponding with them (but not supposed to contact HOA either). Not a good look.

I have used them a few times and always very happy with their services!!

Shelby Perrin did a great job handling the updating of our trust and other family estate documents, would recommend this law firm to others for estate planning and other legal services.
