Rude staff, specifically that woman sheryl or Cheryl. She got poor customer telephone skills. I was just explaining to her my problem and situation why i was calling your office, and she just told me to stop cutting her off, and hanged up on me. First of all, How can you help your clients if you dont know what is their problem in the first place? Thank God for the receptionist and to Rick they are nice people and very helpful. If it wasn't to them i would give this place a zero star. You guys, should teach “sheryl or cheryl” a crash course on how to talk to customer.

This is my first experience with an attorney, so take that into consideration :) Came in off the street with some legal troubles, and Chris took care of me and my family. He worked with us above and beyond the call and made us feel welcome. We'll be back if we ever need to pay for an attorney!

I first met attorney Joanne Badeaux 14 years ago when she helped me untangle a messy warranty deed issue that my divorce attorney had overlooked; a dilemma that could have turned into a nightmare later on when I wanted to sell my house. Because of her exceptional thoroughness, I use her for all my legal needs. For example, after my dad died, his simple will caused more problems than it solved, creating confusion among my brothers, sisters, and I.
