I hired this firm after being recommended by another law firm due to their overflow of cases. No regrets in doing so. Mr Tran is patient, not in a hurry to get the case done and above all when I relied on him completely for right advice, I did get the right one. He doesn’t back down from a fight with an opposing counsel, pushes the opposition hard, takes advantage of their weaknesses and is rational enough to know what’s the best possible outcome before he advises the client to make a decision.

I had the opportunity of scheduling a free consultation with Mr. Tran with regard to my recent discharge by my former employer. Mr. Tran discovered I had unpaid vacation and PTO that I was entitled to receive under the Texas Pay Day Law. The consultation was very informative and interesting. I enjoyed the time I spent speaking with Mr. Tran and I took something away from this consultation that will be invaluable. I had a dispute with my former employee over wage/benefits I needed to return. Tran came highly recommended from my friend who is also a lawyer. Tran acted quickly and within 2-3 Months i reached a settlement with my former employer and had to repay $0. I was please and I would use Tran again if another situation arises.

After my repeated phone calls and messages left on voice mail, I finally met with this Lawyer. The first meeting started 20 minutes late. After discussing my case, I decided to hire the Law Firm. I called to office several times for the contract agreement, I never received a return call, and finally I called late one evening after 6:15 pm and finally caught Mr. Tran. I ask to have a meeting. During My follow up meeting, I was told he would not speak to me until I gave him 3500.00 otherwise I needed to leave his office. I ask if I would have a couple of weeks to come up with the money and that I was never told this information ahead of time, and that I felt it was a wasted trip for me to take time off my job to meet with Mr. Tran and not be told 3500.00 was required before I could talk to him. One week later, I call Mr. Tran if his office would work with me to make the amount in 2 payments. I was told I would get a return call, instead, Mr. Tran sent me a very curt 5 word email stating he could not work with me. Without any other explanation all communication was cut off. I found Mr. Tran’s behavior to be extremely rude and unprofessional.

He is very knowledgeable about the laws and with his advices I have been reassured regarding my situation.
