The person I spoke to was extremely rude and cut me off before I can fully explain my case and was told they’ll reach out to me for further information. The same day I was sent an email stating that with the provided details and because their docket was full, they are unable to take my case. At least hear my entire case before you deny me, but it makes me glad I was turned down. I don’t think I’d want a company like this to represent me.

In the state of Texas, the legal framework regarding blatant misdiagnoses in the emergency room (ER) proved to be a significant challenge when my wife faced a critical situation with a burst appendix, leading to a near-death experience and 20 days of dual hospitalizations. Unfortunately, Texas law offers considerable protection to the ER, allowing a certain degree of permissiveness in misdiagnoses without legal consequences. On a personal note, the shared faith in Christianity between Mr. Painter, his wife, and my wife and me, provided a comforting foundation for our interactions. Commencing our conversations with a heartfelt "Praise The Lord!" created a connection beyond the legal matters discussed. I assured Robert of my prayers and expressed a willingness to serve as a witness if Mr. Painter ever considered advocating for legislative changes in response to such challenging situations.
