A law firm you can trust.

I'm convinced they're racist, paid for consult was told they'd reach back out to me within A WEEK to let me know if they could represent - 2 weeks past never received call back. Once I called to follow up the response was "oh sorry we can't help you or refer you anywhere", mind you they were 30 minutes late for my paid consultation. I presented 3 different civil matters but because 1 was too LARGE or "outside of their help" Bowen chose not to help or represent on either although the 3 were independent / stand alone cases. Kindly asked for a supervisor to give me a call, as I begin to explain to mgr she stopped me & said "ma'am I didn't call to hear what you have to say just calling to let you know we won't be assisting you" without explanation as to why. Overall take away is the tone of the ladies I spoke with at Bowen it's almost like they have better stuff to do / you owe them something, as well as the lack of communication during promised follow up times. No matter how kind I was to these people you can tell their energy feeds off one another. Don't be fooled by the reviews they send constant notifications pushing for 5 star reviews. Definitely do your homework before paying those consult fees guys.
