But from the very first conversation with Stewart Guss, they made us feel like a very important client and Brantley took all the time we needed to discuss our case. I was injured and scarred in an auto accident in 2015. I'm not the kind to ever immediately think "Attorney!" but, afraid of injuries that would haunt me later in life, I called one of the 'other guys' and made an appointment. There was just something so mechanical and rushed about the phone consult I had, and even though I made an in-person consultation, I took to Google later that same night to look at other options, and I'm so glad I did! The 5 star reviews and raves about Attorney Guss and his crew was what prompted me to send a late night email, and, to my surprise, Attorney Guss emailed me back within minutes. I immediately cancelled the other appointment I had and confidently took my chances with Attorney Guss and his staff. They immediately put me on a treatment plan that addressed pressing issues and made sure all injuries would be extensively cared for, but that still worked with my busy work schedule. They offered rides, checked in on me and my treatment and progress frequently, constantly kept me updated on what was next, and all with genuine concern and professionalism that I honestly don't think I could have received with those 'other guys'. No matter when I called, emailed, or even text, I knew Teresa and staff would respond the same day and answer my questions or concerns. Going into this I didn't know what to expect, monetarily, with my actual settlement, as this had never happened to me before, and I never once asked them, because I didn't want to be disappointed. Taking the time to recommend this awesome team for their attention to detail. They were very supportive and understanding of my situation.
