My experience with Mr. Guss' firm was excellent, because the end result was recovering much MORE money than I expected. I worked closely with Jason R. on my case, who was fantastic. I'll admit, I was skeptical because I'd never hired a lawyer. I'd been hit, with no fault, a few months prior to this accident. So, I have dealt with the insurance adjusters myself, but in hindsight, I wish I would have passed on my troubles to Mr. Guss' office. The adjusters can trick you into less money than you deserve, and it's very frustrating dealing with them, especially if you don't know their tactics and true intentions. The adjusters have many tricks to diminish the value of your case, and make you think they are your "pal". Before you know it, you are getting "re-imbursed" for less than fair amounts of money. I found out 2 things the hard way: 1) if you only go to the ER, there is a good chance they will not find many car crash injuries. I clearly had multiple herniated discs that the ER did not even find on the day of the accident. 2) OEM dealerships are not necessarily the ones you want fixing your car, as crazy as that sounds. I had so many problems with my car repair, it was unbelievable. By the way, the personal injury case is completely separate from the automotive repair. Anyway, my injury settlement is what made my auto repair nightmare worth it, in the end. I was not sure what to expect with this whole experience, but I can assure you, my initial assumptions of hiring Mr. Guss was wrong. Finally, just when I thought the settlement amount was agreed on, it actually increased significantly with the medical reductions they were able to negotiate. It has been around a year and a half since my accident, and I'm very glad this is over. I hope this review helps other people who have been in accidents, and I can now say I have an attorney.

Mr.Guss and his staff were awesome. They worked hard on our case and finished ouf case fast. They really cared about my husbands needs as far as his medical treatment and did everything to help us whenever we needed help. My daughter and I where in a car accident. My daughter was injured due to this. Do to my daughter previous medical problems I thought I was going to have to fight to the end to get the other insurance company to pay. Mr. Guss and his staff not only got the insurance company stop calling ( they wanted to settle right away) they made sure my daughter received the medical care she needed for her injury. All the way until the case was settled they made sure my daughter was taken care off. I would recommended him anyone.
