I was in a car accident a year and a half ago that required medical attention and the need for an attorney. I was unsure where to turn and a referral to Attorney Guss came my way. I can't say enough about the care and compassion that I received from his staff and he was always just a phone call away. There are so many horror stories about situations with attorneys and I can assure you that Stewart Guss is one of the "good guys". I was hit by a commmerial truck! I went to the hosptial, they looked me over and I went home sore but alive. As time went by my neck begin to hurt, MRIs were done. The result were bulging discs, my good friend referred me to Attorney Guss. He is pretty awesome, he immediatly put me at ease and listened attentively to all of my concerns. I was rear-ended last year and because of pre-existing back and neck conditions, I had no expectation of even having a claim. Even though the accident exacerbated my neck and back conditions and as a result I had to have back surgery sooner, I assumed that I wouldn't be able to get the insurance to pay anything. As a result of that little phone call, Stewart Guss and Dawn worked like crazy to get me the maximum amount recoverable under both insurance policies! My medical insurance company wanted all of my net recoverable settlement to reimburse them for the amounts they paid for my surgery, but Dawn was able to negotiate them down to a fraction of that amount and I am receiving a nice settlement. I can't express enough how grateful I am for their perseverance and hard work to make me a happy girl!

My wife was recently involved in a car accident after another driver ran a red light. It occurred at a busy intersection during Friday rush hour but luckily the damage appear to be minor and my wife was free of injury.
