His firm got us a settlement that exceeded expectations. The case took a year and three quarter due to covid and the the gathering of medical records from health providers being slow. I highly recommend this outfit. We were out of state of Texas it didn't matter regarding results.

The law firm of Stewart Guss gave us excellent service. We had tried to handle the issue on our own, but we having no luck. Our lawyer was very attentive to what we wanted and was timely in letting us know what was occurring in regards to our case. The lawyer answered our tons of questions, and made us feel like they had our best interests at heart. We we given great advice on how to take care of issues, and were very happy with this law firm. My family and I had a car wreck so after I thought about how it wasn't my fault and how we were hurt, I did some research and found The Law Office of Stewart J. Guss. Stewart is my attorney for life. In May of 2016 my family and I were leaving a shopping center when we were hit broadside by a vehicle going close to 55 mph. Our van was totalled, injuries to myself and my wife and 4 kids. I called Stewart Guss the next day. Over the course of the following year, we worked to get in better health. Our attorney Ben Kennedy helped us each step of the way. The attorneys of this law firm did everything to help me including helping find transportation when I couldn't drive. We settled the case to a good outcome. We are always going to have back and neck issues, but Stewart Guss and associates helped to negotiate a solid outcome. I am thankful for their help. Solid communications, they set my expectations well and met them consistently. I hope I am never in such a situation again, but if I am I know who I would call.
