I was rear-ended and the other driver stated that they were hit in the rear by a hit and run driver. The facts did not agree with their statement. The police report was filed as a hit and run which caused their insurance to debated liability. Attorney Wilson went to the local police department where the claim was filed and corrected the facts, provided the correct information to the insurance company. They accepted liability and was very generous with a settlement. I was happy with the settlement and have since referred two family members to him with their claims.

Attorney Wilson took over my case in 2019. Facing a Felony and misdemeanor charges. He listened to my side of the story and he investigated it. He worked VERY hard, professionally and quickly on the case. As of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic he was able to get BOTH cases dismissed. Man I was facing 30 years on the line and I had co defendants turn state on a robbery charge and Fredrick Wilson fought hard for me and got me 2 years probation instead of 30 and could of actually beat the whole case in trial but I took the papers. And then he turned around n got me a bond on a Violation which is almost un heard of. If ya life on the line n you need someone in your corner n u fighting the system I suggest Fredrick Wilson
