Not guilty y'all got to feel me! Our constitution was designed to protect us against tyrannical government and we are granted inalienable rights. As my attorney Wilvan "The Man!!" Carter went above and beyond to protect my rights! Wilvin the man Carter for president!!!

After many years of dealing with lawyers, especially for for DWI and minor drug possessions, We found a Lawyer with Heart! Wilvin, yes I will call him by his first name , as I would a friend, as this is WHO Mr. Carter is! 2 and a half years, with court, DA changes, resets... Wilvin believed in his client, and didn't shove Him into a plea bargain, and guilty charge. Yesterday, was the end of the misery, with this recent client! Charges were dropped, as they didn't have a case! DWI/drugs...GUILTY until proven innocent!! Thank you, Wilvin for seeing this through to the best conclusion, God allowed!
