On their web site they offer representation in federal worker cases, and they do not, on the first call that person who makes the first interview should know whether they can take the case or not, so one does not waste time waiting for the lawyer to call.

I cannot express how much respect and appreciation I have for Mr. Sandoval and his team. From day one, he made the challenges of a work injury and the gravity of a lawsuit feel less intimidating. I think it’s rare that someone in such a tense time can make you feel safe, but that’s exactly how I felt placing my case with Mr. Sandoval. He’s a great guy with an outstanding approach. His compassion, transparency, knowledge and diligence ultimately led to a settlement I could be happy with. Not to mention it happened about twice as fast as I would have thought.
