Jim Narvios was amazing! I’m so glad I went with him to handle my automotive accident case. He was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. I didn’t know what to do or where to begin after the accident. He explained everything to me step by step and took care of everything. If I had a problem or needed anything he responded within minutes. He was very attentive and got things done. Overall, he exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend others to go to him or go back if I need help with anything else.

I have consulted a couple of firms/lawyers, around 5 to 6 of them regarding, I would say, my ‘unique’ case. Of all those that I have spoken too, it was only Atty. Jim who (to me) showed real, genuine concern. I say that, because Atty. Jim was the only one who said: YES, let’s meet. So, I went to his law firm. Showed what documents I have. (The other firms I have spoken to, did not even really bother to see what documents and/or proofs I have). After, stating my ‘unique’ situation, they never followed-up nor called me to have a face-to-face meeting. (Not sure why!), but it was only the Narvios Law Firm, Atty. Jim who met-up , in a close door conference room and painstakingly listened to what I have to say. When all is said, he asked permission if he could have copies of my documents. This, so he could further research on the other party concerned and other scenarios. Mind you, our consultation period timeframe even exceeded. And yet, Atty. Jim still patiently listened and showed heart. To whatever, I have to add. Unlike, the rest and one particular firm that I went to, consulted and when the time is up, it’s up- As if, you are having a psychiatric doctor’s one-on-one. Time is up! If I may add, his office, particularly the conference room where we sat, depicts what kind of person he is and the kind of Attorney he represents. The framed photos of ‘individuals’ (most likely) dear to Atty. Narvios heart and beliefs are all on one side of the wall. To me, as an individual with passion (on whatever I do and believe in)…those framed photos on one side of the wall only says one thing: Atty. Jim’s VISION & Mission aligns with those individuals whose pictures are on his Firms Wall. Regardless of the outcome, would-be or not, of my situation-however unique it maybe. Atty. Jim B. Jim is honestly one of the most compassionate guys I’ve ever met. He cares about everybody he meets and he wants to find ways to help them. I met this man almost 10 years ago and he has never dropped his guard or turned his back on anyone. He strives to be the best and takes it personal when people are taking advantage of or cheated out of their rights.... Back home we would call him a Stand-up Guy..
